Effects: When thrown, this shuriken is designed to use its offset weight to slingshot itself into whatever it hits with immense force. When thrown, basic strikes with this weapon increase by 80 Strength. This item's level is considered to be 500 when interacting with jutsus.
Appearance: A small, elongated shuriken painted with custom markings. It's width is about 2", with a length of 4 inches. The Clip Shuriken recieves its name due to appearing similar to a hair clip.
Weight: 0.5 kg
History: A shuriken used by marksmen of all ages.

Details: The village/settlement you are a part of has been having merchant attacks in nearby settlements. They attempted contacting the settlement, only to receive a hostile welcome. Despite the bad start, an agreement was reached to discuss the possibility of a truce. Each side agreed to send 2 shinobi to meet and exchange proposals at a neutral setting. Your respective village/settlement's leader has written up an agreement that both sides would find favorable. Your mission is to meet with shinobi from the hostile settlement and exchange proposals. You are then to return to the village/settlement and deliver the message. Given the earlier hostilities, it is believed that this might be a trap. If that is the case, you are to kill or capture as many of the enemy's ninja as possible. You and a promising B-rank shinobi have been chosen to deliver the message. Given the strength of Kyou, the settlement's guards that the meeting was discussed with, your village/settlement does not expect them to be too strong.

Personality: Daisuke is extremely cocky, however also very light-hearted. He finds combat to be "fun", making a game of it as he is often too fast for others to keep up with. There is concern that this could lead him to getting into trouble, so please watch his back.
Physical Description: Somewhat short (5'3") and very thin. He is not known for his Strength or Endurance, as he must keep his body mass low in order to remain as quick/dexterous as possible.
Combat Description: Proficient in speed, Daisuke has made a name for himself with an arsenal of jutsu that allow him to be everywhere at once. From clones and genjutsu to his space-time kekkei genkai, Daisuke is one of the most promising shinobi in the village/settlement.
